exclusive cooking lessons, guided by Nicola’s culinary expertise and enriched by Claudia’s touch of mindfulness. These classes offer a unwind, relaxing experience, leading participants step by step through both the preparation and enjoyment of the selected menu.
In addition to the cooking lessons, our home is also an exclusive
home restaurant. In front of the church’s majestic facade, an enduring witness to a rich heritage of faith and culture, our elegantly set table welcomes guests into an intimate and discreet setting, where the dining room and terrace overlooking the Duomo become the place for an unforgettable experience, blending history, nature, and conviviality.

The Exclusive Cooking Lesson is born from Claudia’s professional expertise and Nicola’s passion for cooking.
Nicola brings decades of experience in the restaurant industry, having worked in some of the most prestigious Italian and worldwide hotels. Collaborating with top-level chefs and attending professional courses, he has honed his talent and deepened his knowledge of ingredients, their transformations, and cooking techniques. His skills range from classic Italian dishes to baking and leavened specialties. With his natural talent for blending flavors and balancing ingredients, Nicola transforms raw ingredients into delicate and harmonious dishes.
To Nicola’s talent, Claudia adds her passion for meditation and mindfulness practices, enriching the overall culinary experience. In the serene and welcoming atmosphere of our home, while Nicola carefully guides participants in preparing the selected menu, Claudia invites them to engage their senses, turning the lesson into a multisensory and mindful journey, promoting a healthier approach to food and, ultimately, to life.

Menus of the Exclusive Cooking Lesson
Our menus feature a selection of traditional dishes from the Campania land and the Amalfi Coast, prepared with high-quality, fresh, and local ingredients. Each menu includes: appetizer, handmade pasta dish (various types), main course (land or sea) with a side dish, dessert (a specialty from Amalfi’s pastry tradition, prepared by Nicola)
Special guest in our kitchen is the Sfusato Amalfitano, a highly aromatic lemon with an intense citrus blossom fragrance, with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, that makes it a particularly versatile ingredient.
Each menu is paired with locally sourced wine, carefully selected to enhance the flavors of the territory.
Exclusive Home Restaurant
For those who wish to enjoy both the stunning view and the delicious food, the elegant and intimate setting of the dining room and little terrace overlooking the Duomo is also available for private lunches or dinners with dedicated menus. Each menu offers a selection of traditional local dishes prepared by Nicola.
In this special atmosphere, Claudia’s mindfulness touch makes the meal a meditative experience, a journey through flavors and sensations that celebrates the present moment and gratitude for the nourishment we receive.
The exclusive home restaurant is intended for a limited number of guests.
Menus of the Exclusive Home Restaurant
In the menus of the home restaurant, Nicola prepares sea or land dishes, as a tribute to his roots and local tradition.
The menus includes:
- appetizer (selected local delicacies such as grilled provola cheese on lemon leaves or golden fried anchovies with Lattari Mountain provola)
- first course of handmade pasta or risotto
- main course of either land or sea with a side dish (like beef braciola with Amalfi-style meatballs or fish catch of the day with Amalfi lemon sauce and mint)
- traditional delights dessert.
Each menu is accompanied by a local wine, sourced at zero kilometers, selected to enhance the flavors of the territory.
