The Exclusive Cooking Lesson was born thanks to Claudia’s idea, her professional practice, and Nicola’s passion for cooking.

Nicola has decades of experience in catering in some of the most prestigious hotels in Italy and around the world. Working side by side with top-level chefs and attending training courses, he has honed his talent and perfected his knowledge of raw materials, their transformation and cooking methods, then bringing this experience into his home kitchen. In his preparations, he ranges from traditional Italian specialties to bread-making and large leavened products: he uses his innate ability to combine ingredients and balance flavors, managing to transform raw materials into delicate and balanced dishes.

Menus of the Exclusive Cooking Lesson

Our menus offer a selection of traditional dishes from Campania and Amalfi, prepared with fresh, local quality ingredients. Each menu consists of an appetizer, a first course of handmade pasta of various types and a second course of land or sea with side dish. The meal ends with a tasting of a dessert from traditional Amalfi pastry, prepared by Nicola.

The guest of honor in our kitchen is the Amalfi sfusato, a lemon with an intense scent and aroma, reminiscent of citrus flowers, particularly versatile in the kitchen thanks to the perfect balance between sweetness and acidity.
Each menu is accompanied by a local, zero-mile wine, selected to enhance the flavors of the area.

Claudia has combined Nicola’s talent with her passion for meditation and mindfulness practices, thanks to which she can further enrich the pleasure of the food experience. In the serene and welcoming environment of the house, while Nicola carefully guides the participants in the preparation of the dishes of the chosen menu, Claudia invites them to train their senses, making the lesson not only a culinary experience but also a multisensory and mindful one, promoting a healthier approach to the table and, ultimately, to life.

For these reasons, the exclusive cooking lesson is deliberately reserved for a limited number of guests.
