It is an experience dedicated to those who want to enjoy the pleasure of sight and food. In a sober and highly private environment, the room and the terrace overlooking the Duomo are available to host lunches or dinners with dedicated menus, consisting of a selection of dishes from the gastronomic tradition of the Amalfi Coast prepared by Nicola.

In this atmosphere, Claudia’s touch of mindfulness makes the meal a meditative experience, with a journey through taste and the senses that celebrates the present moment and gratitude for the food that nourishes us.

In the menus of the Home Restaurant of Acqua Salata Nicola gives space to his art and his imagination with seafood or meat dishes, a tribute to the roots and local tradition of the Amalfi Coast. The menus include an appetizer, a first course of handmade pasta, a second course of meat or fish with side dish and a dessert.

Each menu is accompanied by a local wine at km 0, selected to enhance the flavors of the territory.
