With warmth and expertise, Nicola will lead you through the essential steps of homemade pizza making with meticulous care: the selection of raw materials, including various types of flour and fresh, locally sourced ingredients; the kneading process and fermentation, to make a light and airy dough; and the baking techniques for a domestic oven to ensure digestibility and a perfect balance of flavors.
But the real magic happens in the silences. During the class, Claudia joins Nicola and the guests with gentle mindfulness practices, helping them to reconnect with the beauty of the moment and rediscover the value of manual work, transforming a daily gesture into a moment of well-being and relaxation.
The experience concludes with a final moment of conviviality in our dining room where the scent of fresh pizza meets the breathtaking view of the Amalfi Cathedral.
